Alison and Isaac are probably some of the kindest people I've met doing this job. The first time I'd met them in person was minutes before their ceremony, and within those first few minutes, I knew exactly why there were so in love and how perfect they are for each other. To them, the most important parts of their day were their friends, family, and of course, "lots of videos of my niece and nephews please", requested by Alison.
Carly & Zach met when they were 6 years old. What more do I have to say to prove that their love story is truly a special one? I tried my very best to encapsulate this age-old friendship these two share as the foundation to their love.
"Andrea! We've watched the video about 10 times already and have sobbed every time. Thank you so much! Truly so good. You are so talented and I am so happy you were the one to capture our day. We cannot thank you enough."
"We were so happy to see our video!!! We have already watched it multiple times haha. We love it so much!! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into it & for making this something we will look forward to watching for years to come. We shared with our wedding party & immediate family last night as well & they all said how well done it was!! We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!"
Documentary style is what I do best, and here's why:
You're not hiring me to come to your wedding and make you look like two people you've never been, nor will ever be. My job is to take exactly what makes up your love story and portray it in a film. From our first call, I am watching and listening for what matters the absolute most to you and that is where I put myself and my camera.
I shoot very minimal and simple, as I want everything that you've planned for your day to happen exactly as it's supposed to. I want you and your guests to celebrate as naturally as possible because that's what I want to capture! I like to stay as invisible as possible unless I'm asking your guests to cheers or telling you two
to smooch once or twice (winky face).
"SCREAMING, THROWING UP AND CRYING AT THE CLUB!"
